The AVAH Outreach Group brings its specialized expertise to the forefront, serving as vigilant guardians in the online world. They are remarkable in their proactive approach to fraud prevention, partnering with the AnyDesk Anti-Fraud Taskforce and other organizations in their mission. Through education, intervention during live scam calls, and victim support, AVAH contributes a hands-on, immediate response to cyber threats, reinforcing our collective defenses.
ScamHaters United, led by Ruth Grover, a tireless advocate for those ensnared by romance scams, operates as a vital resource and support network. With over 54,000 Facebook followers and a significant Instagram presence, they are a testament to the power of community-driven action. The organization not only educates and informs but also provides a 24-hour hotline for victims, embodying the spirit of solidarity and action that is crucial in the battle against this global issue.
Advocating Against Romance Scammers (AARS) stands as a beacon of hope, diligently working to educate the public about the realities of online romance scams and guiding those affected towards recovery and justice. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, AARS is committed to raising global awareness and advocating for change in legislation to hold perpetrators accountable, providing a critical layer of support to our coalition.
